2. If you are ordering a quarter beef, some options might be more limited than the form below indicates. Please fill out your preferences just the same, and we will try our best to meet your specifications.

Please note: The vacuum seal wrap will add an additional 15¢ per hanging weight pound to your cost. All one- and two-pound packages of ground beef is wrapped in freezer paper. Higher weights of ground beef are packaged in freezer bags.
