Whole, half, and quarter beef are sold by hanging weight (see pricing details); individual cuts are sold at Market prices; please call for details.

Please note: The vacuum seal wrap will add an additional 15¢ per hanging weight pound to your cost. All one- and two-pound packages of ground beef is wrapped in freezer paper. Higher weights of ground beef are packaged in freezer bags.
